PLUSAIR Starts a Codeshare Agreement with Southwest Airline for Connection in United States

PLUSAIR, South Korea's leading low-cost carrier (LCC), is pleased to announce the launch of a new codeshare agreement with Southwest Airlines, the largest low-cost carrier in the United States. Both airlines are proud members of the DYNAMIC ALLIANCE, a global network of LCCs committed to offering affordable, convenient, and reliable travel options to passengers worldwide.


This new codeshare partnership will enhance connectivity for passengers traveling between Asia and the United States, allowing PLUSAIR passengers arriving at San Diego International Airport (KSAN) from Incheon International Airport (RKSI) to seamlessly connect to several key U.S. cities on Southwest-operated flights. The routes included in this agreement are:


  • San Diego (KSAN) to Dallas Love Field (KDAL)

  • San Diego (KSAN) to San Francisco International Airport (KSFO)

  • San Diego (KSAN) to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (KBWI)

  • San Diego (KSAN) to Chicago Midway International Airport (KMDW)


This codeshare agreement with Southwest Airlines marks a significant milestone, as both PLUSAIR and Southwest Airlines are committed to providing low-cost, high-quality service, this partnership will ensure that passengers benefit from affordable fares, streamlined travel experiences, and access to a wider range of destinations.
