Seoul, February 2025 – Soul Airline has announced a large-scale recruitment initiative across all operational departments, including pilots, cabin crew, air traffic controllers (ATC), and ground crew, in response to a staffing shortage. To address this challenge, the airline is implementing a streamlined hiring process to onboard new personnel efficiently, while simultaneously introducing an intensive training program to ensure service quality and operational standards remain at the highest level.

The airline is now actively recruiting for the following positions:
Pilots – Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of flights.
