Soul Airline today announces the termination of its partnership with Singapore Airlines | PTFS , effective today, after a breach of trust involving a mutual project among several partner airlines. The project, also known as Round the World, was initially suggested by the airline Soul Air and brought together a few partner airlines to develop it as a collaborative initiative. However, on October 29th, 2025, Singapore Airlines | PTFS, which was part of the original collaborative initiative, took and publicly led the project under Singapore Airlines | PTFS's name without consultation or consent from the participating partners. While Soul Airline attempted to resolve the matter peacefully by requesting a public apology and the termination of the project, Singapore Airlines | PTFS continued to argue that it was a separate project and took no measures. Soul Airline maintains that this claim is invalid, as the version presented by Singapore Airlines | PTFS is identical to the original collaborative project in both concept and structure. Notably, Singapore Airlines | PTFS also acknowledged that the idea was taken from the mutual project during internal discussions. While Soul Airline has always been positive about taking the airline's project or idea as inspiration, an airline that was part of the initial project taking over the project cannot be accepted. Effective immediately, all cooperative programs and joint activities with Singapore Airlines | PTFS are terminated. Soul Airline reiterated that accountability, communication, and integrity are core to its operations and that any actions undermining those principles will not be tolerated. Soul Airline also extends its apology to all members and community partners who had to witness or be affected by the recent conflict.
