Statement Regarding the Soulliage 3.0 Outage

Seoul, South Korea – October 12th, 2024 Soulliage 3.0, released in March 2024 developed by the airline and led by its CTO Matikozl in March 2024, has been down for over a month, starting on September 7th. The airline was unable to immediately identify the cause of the issue until a recent announcement from the bot’s server provider, Dires. The EU-4 server hosting the bot faced legal complications, making it impossible for the airline to access any of its files.

As a result of the server outage, all Soulliage data stored on the bot had been deleted. However, thanks to the rapid response of Soul Airline's emergency task force, the team successfully recovered all Soulliage data transferred from Soulliage 2.0, as well as Soulliage earned after the 3.0 update.


After the code is fully restored, the service is expected to resume in the coming days. Soul Airline assures its members that all missed Soulliage points accrued during the bot malfunction will be added immediately once the bot is back online.


Soul Airline deeply appreciates its members' patience and understanding as the team diligently works to restore Soulliage 3.0 to service.
